Elite Exposure Events partners with athletes, coaches, and over 160 college programs to create premier travel softball tournaments and showcases that give players competitive experience and real opportunities to connect with college coaches.

All tournament entry fees are non-refundable.

In the event that a tournament is canceled, postponed, shortened, or otherwise unable to be completed due to inclement weather, unsafe playing conditions, or other circumstances beyond the control of tournament management, no cash or monetary refunds will be issued.

If an event is canceled due to inclement weather, 50% of the team’s entry fee will be transferred as a credit and applied toward a future tournament/event hosted by our organization.

By registering for and submitting payment for an event, teams acknowledge and agree to this policy. Tournament management reserves the right to modify schedules, game times, game lengths, formats, and/or locations when necessary in an effort to safely complete the event.

No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations. Entry fees will instead be credited toward a future event.
